2025-2026 FREE TUITION RAFFLE!

Purchase a ticket for a chance to win free tuition for one of your children for the 2025-2026 school year, generously donated to ESK by Volunteer Pediatric Dentistry and Dobbs Orthodontics. The winner will be announced on April 25, 2025 at the 21st Annual Saints' Gala (if you are not physically present, you are still eligible to win and will be notified if selected).

Restrictions:

May not be purchased by: Any member of the board of directors, or any officer or employee of ESK including any immediate family member that resides in the same household as a board of directors member, officer, or employee of the Episcopal School of Knoxville. (The Charitable Gaming Law defines immediate family as a spouse, child, step-child, brother, sister, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, parent or grandparent.) Any vendors including employees, agents, subcontractors (also includes immediate family members of the same household) who provide printing services, telephone services, and any records, devices, or other gaming-related supplies and those who provide prizes for the authorized annual gaming event. Any member of the general assembly during such member's term of office as a member of the general assembly. The Secretary of State or any employee of the Secretary during the Secretary's term of office and such employee's term of employment with the Secretary. You must be 18 or older to purchase a ticket.

The purchase of an ESK 2025 raffle ticket is not tax deductible. By law, Tennessee residents are not allowed to deduct donations if there is a chance or expectation of economic benefit in exchange for their donation. 

General ESK Requirements for Hosting A Raffle:
ESK has received approval from the State of Tennessee Charitable Gaming Commission to hold raffle sales January 1, 2025 - April 25, 2025. 
ESK has documentation from the Internal Revenue Service recognizing that it as exempt from federal income taxation pursuant to IRC 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(19).
ESK is an active 501(c) organization and has been in continuous existence in Tennessee for at least five (5) years and meets all statutory requirements under the Nonprofit Gaming Law.  
The raffle event is taking place within Knox County, where ESK has a physical presence. 

ESK's identification number authorizing the school to solicit funds for charitable purposes is CO41779.
