Zoo Knoxville Sleepover for 15
Your night adventure begins at 6 p.m. and groups should eat supper before arriving at the zoo. The program includes:

You may not be able to have a wine vacation this summer, but with this auction item you will feel like you have been transported to Napa Valley or France. Twelve guests will enjoy a catered dinner by the amazing Simon Hall Private Chef (also catering tonight’s gala!) hosted at Knoxville Beverage Company on Weisgarber Road.
You will be served a 5-course dinner with wine pairings chosen by Knoxville Beverage Company. Experience the wine tasting room, gorgeous terrace, and cozy outdoor fireplace. Karen Gilbertson will create a beautiful flower centerpiece for the table.

An exquisite 8-course Italian dinner for 8 people prepared by the world's finest sous chef, Mr. Basden, and his professionally trained chef and retired Episcopal priest of a father, Rev. Michael Basden.
The Rev. Michael Basden and his son Cameron will prepare in the home of the winning bid or their choice of locations, a luxurious and delightful 8 course authentic Tuscan Italian meal. The Rev is a local cooking celebrity in the Naples, FL area and is willing to test that reputation in the greater Knoxville area (but really it's simply an excuse to come see his grandson and the other that is coming in June).
Flexibility is needed with scheduling, but we promise that you will not be disappointed in what this priest-son combo is capable of presenting.

Dinner for 8 with Head of School and Board Chair
Spend the evening with Head of School Dr. Jack Talmadge and his wife Mrs. Beth Talmadge, along with Board of Trustees Chair Culver Schmid and his wife Mrs. Linda Schmid. Four couples will have the opportunity to be entertained by a former Southern Living Magazine food stylist, recipe developer and event planner. Linda Schmid spent a nearly 38-year career food styling for the media, television production, print publication, websites, billboards, recipe development, menu planning and catering.
The evening will feature fresh summer fare, including grilled vegetables, meats and a variety of sides and desserts. You can sip on beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks while sitting poolside.
